Magdalena Bukovska is a Czech outside hitter, born on April 28, 2003 and listed at 183 cm. She was included in the senior player group for the 2026 Volleyball Nations League. Her emergence into Czechia’s senior pool follows a domestic development path and gives the national team another younger option on the left side.
Outside hitter is one of volleyball’s broadest two-phase assignments, combining left-side attacking with serve reception and back-row defense. The role can also include back-row attacking, so a player may move from first contact into a scoring action within the same rotation. Listed at 183 cm, Magdalena Bukovska brings that frame to a role that extends across both front-row and back-row rotations.
National-team volleyball compresses preparation time: players arrive from different club systems and must build timing quickly before facing opponents with contrasting serving and blocking patterns. The 2026 season places her firmly in senior international competition during the early part of her professional career. Her inclusion with Czechia Women’s National Volleyball Team confirms the senior international level she had reached by that point. For Magdalena Bukovska, that national-team record sits alongside the longer club career rather than replacing it. A senior national-team call places a player alongside teammates arriving from different leagues and coaching systems, which can change how the same position is used from club to country.
