Kathryn Plummer is an American outside hitter whose 198 cm height gives her rare size for a six-rotation wing player. A three-time NCAA champion at Stanford, she later developed a professional career in Italy, Japan and Türkiye before becoming a regular member of the U.S. senior national team.
Plummer won an Olympic silver medal at Paris 2024 and has contributed to Team USA as both an outside hitter and an opposite option. Her game combines high-ball attacking with the reception and blocking responsibilities that come with her unusually tall outside-hitter profile.
