Bianka Buša is a Serbian outside hitter whose international career has been defined by her ability to support elite lineups through reception, defense and controlled attacking. Rather than relying only on volume scoring, she has often provided the balance needed around more terminal attackers, a role that became especially valuable during Serbia’s most successful period on the world stage.
Buša won Olympic silver in 2016 and bronze at Tokyo 2020, and she was part of Serbia’s 2018 World Championship-winning team. She also collected European Championship medals, including gold in 2017 and 2019, and returned for a third Olympic appearance in 2024. Her résumé places her among the experienced wing players who helped Serbia turn sustained international contention into major titles.
