Leandro Vissotto is a retired Brazilian opposite whose 212 cm frame gave Brazil a major attacking and blocking presence during one of the national team’s strongest eras. He won the 2010 World Championship and an Olympic silver medal at London 2012.
Vissotto developed through Brazil’s youth national teams before establishing a professional career that included major clubs in Brazil, Italy, Russia, Japan, Qatar and South Korea. His combination of size and high contact point made him a natural terminal attacker on the right side.
